Ever heard the saying 2 is better than 1? With WAYfit group training, you and a friend, partner, roomie or colleague join forces to conquer your goals. Group training promises to be both fun and effective because we ALL tend to work harder when there’s someone next to us pushing us to finish that last rep. Oh and bonus – it’s cheaper than individual training.
P.S. this is the one exception I make when it comes to training men – if you want to bring your boyfriend or husband as your +1, that’s all good with me.
My general recommendation is 2 sessions per week. This would be in conjunction with you being active on your own an additional 1-3 days per week. If getting to the gym or getting outside for a long walk isn’t something you can achieve on your own, I suggest 3 sessions per week.

THE BORING DETAILS
Sessions are sold in packages of 10 and expire after 7 weeks of the start date. This expiration is in an effort to promote accountability when our weeks get busy. For example, if you ladies have something come up and need to cancel an upcoming session, the expiration on the package encourages rescheduling versus all out canceling, therefore you get in your 2 workouts that week. Make sense? Oh and because we all have lives and syncing up schedules doesn’t always work, you do have the ability to swap out a group session for an individual session for a surcharge.
